Interface Not Supported
- Error message
- Interface Not Supported
- Description
- The error message Interface Not Supported appears when the program is launched, and then the program fails to open.
- Common reason for this error
- This issue occurs when the program file EMInterop.dll is out of date. This can happen when an automatic program update includes a newer version of this file, but the file is not installed correctly. Another reason is that an older version of this file was already on your system before the program was installed.
- Troubleshooting tip
- Reboot your system and try to launch the program again. If the issue continues, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the program, or contact Customer Support for further assistance.
