Login, Startup Issues
Here are common errors that happen when you login or launch the program and how to fix them.
- Account settings
- An exception occurred on EMS while posting request to EMS: Your password has expired or must be changed for security reasons
- No license file found.
- No License Found. Please try again, after making sure that you have a valid license
- Your License has expired, please contact your EMS/System Administrator
- Validation Period Expired
- Internet connectivity, firewall configuration, proxy server issues
- The following issues are typically caused by internet connectivity, personal firewalls and network security settings.
- A connection to the EMS server could not be established
- Loading Methuselah in Briefcase mode for offline use
- No valid license can be found, please contact your EMS/System Administrator
- Other issues
- Class not registered
- ClientDataSet1: Missing data provider or data packet
- EMLaunch.exe – Application Error. The application failed to initialize properly… Click on OK to terminate the application
