Validation Period Expired. Must log in through EMS

- Validation Period Expired. Must log in through EMS
- Description
- When you log-in to the program, this error message is displayed.
- Common reason for this error
- This error message is typically displayed when the program has not connected to the licensing server for more than 14 days. The program can be used in "Briefcase" mode (that is disconnected from the Internet) for a maximum of 14 days, before the license needs to be updated.
- Troubleshooting tip
- To resolve this, log-in to the program while your computer is connected to the Internet. If the message continues to appear, contact Customer Support for further assistance.
