Error message: "Run-time error '76' Path not found" is displayed when you launch the Portfolio Pathfinder add-on tool in Methuselah.
Reason: The first time Portfolio Pathfinder is launched, a folder is created in the location listed below. If the program cannot create this folder because of security settings then the error message is displayed. The location where this folder is created is "C:\Pathfinder8 UserFiles" or the drive letter where Portfolio Pathfinder is installed.
Things to try: To resolve this issue, manually create the folder at the location listed above and then set the security settings for this folder to Full Control. After doing this, launch Portfolio Pathfinder again. If the problem continues, contact Customer Support and request that a copy of the local folder and the program files this folder contains be sent to you. After it is sent, copy this folder to the default folder location and then launch the program.
