Description

This message is displayed after you log-in to the program.

Common reason for this error

This issue happens when EMInterop.dll is not registered correctly on your computer.

Troubleshooting tip

To register EMInterop.dll...

1. Close Methuselah and any error messages related to Methuselah that are open.
2. Open the folder where Methuselah is installed. To do this, right-click on the Methuselah shortcut icon on your desktop, then in the pop-up menu select Properties, and then click the Find Target button.
3. Find and then double-click on the file named reg.bat. Note, due to display settings on your computer this file might simply appear as "reg".
4. A short process will run that registers EMInterop.dll on your computer. While the process is underway a small black window will be displayed. When the process is finished, the window will close.
5. After this is done, launch Methuselah.

Note for Windows Vista users: you might need to temporarily disable the User Account Control security component and then follow the instructions listed below. To disable the UAC, please consult your system administrator.
