No License Found. Please try again, after making sure that you have a valid license
- Error message
- No License Found. Please try again, after making sure that you have a valid license.
- Description
- This message is displayed after you enter your username and password combination in the log-in screen.
- Common reason for this error
- Typically this issue is caused by the Windows security permissions that are assigned to program folders that were added to the "Program Files" and "Application Data" folder locations during the installation process. When the permissions in these folder locations do not allow for Full Control or Modify, Read & Execute, Read and Write then the program may not launch correctly.
- Troubleshooting tip
- To resolve the issue, please review the permissions assigned to these folder locations and change the settings to allow full-level access or to allow modify, read & execute, read and write permissions. A less common cause of this issue is when the file named emlaunch.exe is inadvertently renamed or deleted from the computer.
