Error message: The parameter is incorrect.
Description: After you enter your username and password this error message is displayed, and the program does not open.
Common reason for this error: This error message is typically displayed when the latest updates for Windows are not installed.
Troubleshooting tip: Check to see if the latest Windows updates are installed on the computer and then try to launch the program again. To install the latest Windows updates, launch Windows Internet Explorer, then in the Tools menu select the "Windows Update" option and then follow the prompts on-screen.
