About Portfolio Pathfinder
Portfolio Pathfinder is an add-on tool for Methuselah that is a powerful and flexible asset allocation utility. With Portfolio Pathfinder you can:
- Compare portfolios and reveal best allocation choices for clients based on their lifetime dollar goals.
- Inform and educate clients about long-term risk of missing their goals versus short-term fluctuations of portfolios along the way.
Many asset allocation utilities focus their portfolio selection criteria on single year variations. By combining Modern Portfolio Theory and Monte Carlo simulation, Portfolio Pathfinder can illustrate the long-term impact of your clients’ portfolios on their ability to meet all of their goals.
