Error - No license file found.

Error message: Error - No license file found.
Description: This message is displayed after you enter your username and password combination in the log-in screen.
Common reason for this error: Typically this issue is caused by a conflict between accounts settings on the license activation server and the version of the program installed on your system. Often times this happens if the free trial version of the program is installed on your system and you've recently purchased a subscription.
Troubleshooting tip: If you have the trial version installed on your system and you've recently purchased a subscription, uninstall the trial version and download and install the subscriber version of the program. See the Installation Guide for instructions. For further assistance contact Customer Support.
