Error message: Constant out of range
Description: This issue happens when you select a client in the Open (Client) Files screen and then click the Open button. As a result of this issue, the "Constant out of range" error message is displayed.
Common reason for this error: The internal list of plan/proposal records in the client file is corrupted.
Troubleshooting tip: To resolve this issue please send a copy of the affected client file to Customer Support for repair. This file can be found in the folder location where client files are stored. By default, client files are stored in the My Documents folder on your system.
